Mr. Bae represents individual executives and current and former employees in complex employment matters, including wage-and-hour disputes, discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wrongful termination, and class and collective litigation. He also advises individuals and businesses on contract, commercial, and other civil matters.
Mr. Bae brings substantial litigation and counseling experience to his practice. Before founding Bae Law PLLC, he served as a Senior Attorney at Hang & Associates, PLLC, where he handled and supervised a broad labor and employment practice for both employers and employees and litigated in New York and New Jersey state and federal courts. His earlier work includes complex civil litigation and other contested matters, along with judicial and international dispute-resolution experience at the Minnesota Court of Appeals, Yoon & Yang LLC (Hwawoo), and the Hong Kong International Arbitration Centre (HKIAC).
